How setup startup program from remote pc
If your are domain admin ,
open mmc > add snap >computer management >add>another computer "IP address or FQDN of remote PC " > Finish
Then Open Services and Applications > start "Remote registry" Manually
open "regedit" >File > Connect Network Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version >Run
Add new String value > name whatever you ant>edit >add the path for the .exe file you want to execute at start up.
