To resize .vmdk file or convert .vmdk to .vdi in Oracle Virtual box

Run Command prompt as administrator in the folder where you install Oracle Virtual box and follow below commands >>

VBoxManage clonehd "source.vmdk" "cloned.vdi" --format vdi
VBoxManage modifyhd "cloned.vdi" --resize 51200
VBoxManage clonehd "cloned.vdi" "resized.vmdk" --format vmdk
